Job Description:
Disability North is seeking a dedicated support worker to provide one-to-one assistance for a 33-year-old man with Autism/ADHD in his home and local community in Backworth, North Tyneside. The role is 20 hours per week with potential overtime and requires calm, patient, and respectful interaction.
Shifts are daytime with training provided. DBS checks will be required if successful, and you must be able to work independently and handle challenging behaviours with empathy and professionalism.
