Deputy Head, Clinical Legal Services – NHS Impact

University Hospitals Dorset NHS Foundation Trust invites applications for the Deputy Head of Clinical Legal Services, based at Royal Bournemouth Hospital. You will lead the inquest service and oversee a caseload of inquests, non-clinical claims and clinical negligence matters.

You will provide specialist healthcare law advice to clinical teams, liaise with NHS Resolution and external solicitors, and support governance through reporting, policy development and staff training.
