Your new role Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day finance function, ensuring financial records are maintained accurately and processes run efficiently.Key duties will include:
Purchase and sales ledger processing
- Bank reconciliations
- Credit control and customer account management
- Assisting with month-end procedures
- VAT returns and financial administration
- Processing invoices and supplier payments
- Maintaining accurate financial records
- Supporting wider finance projects as required
- What you’ll need to succeed
- Previous experience within an Accounts Technician, Assistant Accountant or similar finance role
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Experience using accounting software and Excel
- Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced team environment
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach
