University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay is seeking an experienced Medical Rostering Project Manager to lead the implementation of the Trust’s medical e-rostering programme. The role focuses on rostering compliance, workforce planning and system embedding across services.
You will coordinate planning, data migration, training and benefits realisation, supporting about 900 medical staff, with a hybrid working pattern and a fixed-term 12-month contract.
