Job Description:
Mando Group is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to join the Delivery Team in the Support service. The role is client-facing and focuses on managing the Service Desk, incident resolution, and ITIL-aligned processes across multiple clients.
The position is based in Liverpool City Centre with office attendance during operating hours, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm. You’ll coordinate with Release/Change, Developers, Testers and Data & Insights to keep tickets moving and plan resourcing accordingly.
