Quit Support Lead — Community & Workplace Cessation

Morelife seeks a Smoking Cessation Advisor in Hounslow to deliver one-to-one stop smoking support, building a caseload and running clinics. You will monitor quit rates, CO-validation, and drive service improvements across GP surgeries, pharmacies, schools and workplaces.

You’ll work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, and collaborate with a network of community providers to expand referrals and promote healthier lives for residents in the borough.
