Job Description:
Beagle Aircraft seeks a Head of Engineering to steer the multidisciplinary engineering function at our Christchurch site. You’ll oversee Manufacturing Engineering, NPI & Programmes, CNC Programming, Estimating and Technical Authority, aligning capability with growth and customer needs.
You’ll lead from RFQ through first article, industrialisation and rate production, driving improvements and mentoring teams while ensuring AS9100 compliance and supplier collaboration.
