Applied Research Engineer: Explainable LLM & Retrieval

Seisa is seeking an Applied Research Engineer to bridge research and production. You will design, evaluate, and ship models and retrieval systems that reason over complex financial information with provenance and explainability built in.

You will work on LLM and retrieval pipelines, perform rigorous evaluations and benchmarks, and focus on accuracy, grounding, and explainability while shipping research into the product alongside engineering.
