Retail Shift Manager – Lead Teams, Drive Sales & Ops

Argos is hiring a Shift Manager in Glasgow to lead shifts, coach colleagues, and support the Store Manager in running the store. You’ll help organise the warehouse, take deliveries, and ensure excellent customer service while driving sales and profitability.
