Linnworks is seeking a Technical Writer to join our Product team for a full-time, remote maternity cover role. You’ll convert Product Manager and Engineer output into customer-facing docs—help articles, user guides, release notes, API docs, and in-app content.
You’ll work hands-on with features before release, interview SMEs, and own content from drafting to publishing and upkeep, ensuring accuracy as the product evolves.
