Barchester Care Home is seeking a General Assistant to support residents with daily tasks spanning housekeeping, cleaning, laundry and catering. You’ll help create a warm, homely environment and put residents first through reliable, compassionate service.

No two days are the same, with varied duties and opportunities for training. You’ll build positive relationships with residents and colleagues, while gaining skills through the home’s development programme.
