Are you an engineer / technician, with fire / alarms / electrical or electronic experience, looking to join a leading business, where they are offering full training to come off the tools and work as Technical Support / Product Technician?
This company are a leading manufacturer of specialist alarm detection systems, working with customers across the UK. Due to expansion, they now need a Technical Support Technician.
In this role you will offer technical product support to customers over the phone, test products before they are delivered and help ensure correct compliance. You will also get the chance to be involved with product development and R&D.
The Role:
- Offer technical support to customers
- Product demonstrations & product development
- Monday to Friday – 8.30am to 5pm
- Providing technical product support to customers over the phone, test products before they are delivered and help ensure correct compliance.
- Involved with product development and R&D
The Person:
- Experience in a technical role
- Could come from alarms / security / electrical / electronic
- Looking to join a leading company
The salary advertised is the bracket available for this position. The actual salary paid will be dependent on your level of experience, qualifications and skill set and will be decided by our client, the employer.
