Simulator Manager – ETCS & Driver Training Lead

Hull Trains is seeking a Simulator Manager on a fixed-term contract until December 2028. The role leads the delivery of high-quality simulator training for train drivers and supports ETCS driver training development.

You will conduct simulated sessions, examinations and assessments, and help implement training plans across the driver team. You will require a UK Train Driving Licence with at least three years of experience, plus coaching/mentoring qualifications or running towards them;
