In this role you will join the Residential Property team in Oswestry and/or Shrewsbury to handle high-quality residential property work. You will build and strengthen client relationships while contributing as a fee earner within a successful team. • Manage residential property caseloads to deliver quality outcomes
• Provide expert legal advice on conveyancing and related property matters
• Develop and maintain client relationships, expanding the client base

• Contribute to overall team success and quality of work
• Support business development through cross-selling and client engagement

Key requirements

• Detailed knowledge and technical expertise in dealing with residential property caseloads
• Qualified solicitor or legal executive or equivalent
• Ability to work in Oswestry and/or Shrewsbury offices
