Store Supervisor: Elevate Customer Experience

Timberland in Sheffield is seeking a Store Supervisor (fixed-term 12 months, full-time) to lead from the front, driving customer experience and sales. You will bridge store management and sales associates, ensuring high standards of service and store presentation in line with Timberland guidelines.

You will support the Store and Assistant Store Manager, coach staff, and help achieve KPIs. Flexibility for weekends/evenings/holidays is expected, with a passion for fashion and retail.
