Family Support Worker — Prison Visitor Centre

Pact (the Prison Advice & Care Trust) is seeking a Family Support Worker (Visits Centre Assistant) at HMP Lindholme to help families visiting loved ones in prison. Based in the visitor centre, you’ll welcome adults and children, provide information and organise activities to make visits positive and stress-free.

You’ll work with colleagues and partner agencies to follow safeguarding procedures and contribute to improving family support services. Training and induction are provided.
