Strategic Early Years Improvement Advisor

Leicestershire County Council is seeking an experienced Early Years Improvement Advisor to develop and support high quality early years provision across childcare settings. You will provide guidance on EYFS, SEND, and graduated approaches, and lead initiatives to improve outcomes for young children.

The role will involve working with pre-schools, day nurseries and childminders, offering training and support, including travel across Leicestershire and some out-of-hours work.
