Community Mental Health Support Worker — Home Visits

Hywel Dda University Health Board is recruiting a Health Care Support Worker to join our Community Mental Health Team. The role focuses on supporting people with moderate to severe mental health difficulties, helping their recovery journey in the community and in home settings.

You will work alongside experienced practitioners, delivering interventions under supervision and developing skills in therapeutic support.
