Nights: Compassionate Complex Care Support Worker

Active Care Group is recruiting a compassionate Support Worker to assist an elderly client with complex care in Mere, Wiltshire. You will provide at-home care and community support, helping him live independently and participate in hobbies and routines with a dedicated care team.

This role offers specialist training from Lane Fox Remeo Unit, ongoing clinical guidance, and a stable shift pattern on a flexible zero-hours contract. A driving licence is required due to rural location.
