Class 1 Driver – EH28 & G32 (Flexible Multi-Site Role)

Location:

Edinburgh (EH28) & Glasgow (G32)

Pay Rates:

• £17.89 per hour (Between 08:00 and 19:00)
• £20.54 per hour (Between 19:00 and 08:00)
• Minimum 40 hours guaranteed per week

We’re looking for an experienced Class 1 Driver to work across both our Edinburgh and Glasgow operations. This is a varied role offering a mix of airport runs, trailer swaps, collections and deliveries, making it ideal for a flexible driver who enjoys different shift patterns and routes.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Airport collections and deliveries
• Double-manned trunking runs
• Trailer swaps to East Midlands
• Local collections and deliveries
• Working from both EH28 and G32 depots
• Rotating shift pattern including days, backs and nights

Requirements:

• Class 1 (C+E) Licence
• Minimum 1 year’s Class 1 experience
• Valid CPC & Digital Tachograph Card
• Ability to obtain airport clearance
• Basic Disclosure required
• 5-year employment history check (any gaps of 28 days or more must be evidenced)
• Completion of a DBS for airport access

This role would suit someone based centrally between Glasgow and Edinburgh, with flexibility to travel between both sites.
