FMCG Territory Manager — Aberdeen Field Sales (Car + Bonus)

Avidity is seeking a Territory Manager to manage and grow our Aberdeen area territory for a large global brand. You will build strong relationships with store decision-makers, negotiate displays, and increase distribution and visibility across product ranges.

This field-based role offers autonomy, supportive team dynamics, and a clear path to a permanent opportunity, with a salary up to £29,000 per annum (pro-rated) plus a 10% KPI bonus and a £300 retention bonus.
