Our client, a highly respected boutique estate agency situated in the heart of Edinburgh, is looking to add an experienced Sales Negotiator to their growing team.nnnWith market share increasing, you'll be joining a team that is continuing to expand their presence in the Edinburgh market. You'll also be joining a highly respected and dynamic environment where you'll play a key role in guiding buyers and sellers through the property sales process.nnKey Responsibilities

• Managing buyer enquiries and conducting property viewings

n

• Negotiating offers and progressing sales through to completion

n

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients

n

• Providing expert advice on the local property market

n

• Delivering outstanding customer service at every stage of the sales journey

n

• Identifying opportunities to generate new business and referrals

n

The Ideal Candidate:

n

n
• Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator in Edinburgh or London

n

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

n

• A proven track record of achieving sales targets

n

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

n

• Self-motivated, professional, and customer-focused

n

• Good knowledge of the Edinburgh property market would be advantageous

n
