Onsite Desktop Support Pro – SLA-Driven Tech Support

Computacenter in Lossiemouth, Moray, is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to provide hands-on technical support across a busy customer environment. You will resolve incidents, fulfill service requests and ensure users receive a responsive, high-quality support experience.

You will work onsite full time, taking 2nd line responsibility for incident resolution to SLA, assisting Project Tasks, and coordinating with Level 3 teams to address major issues.
