Job Description:
Nexperia in Manchester is seeking a Group Leader to helm a production area in our wafer fabrication facility. Reporting to the Shift Manager, you will be responsible for area performance, safety and delivering production priorities during a four-night on/four-night off shift from 7pm to 7am.
You will lead and develop your team, coach performance, manage attendance and disciplinary matters, and work with engineering and planning to solve issues.
