Deputy Head of Legal Services – NHS Inquests & Claims

UHMBT in Kendal is seeking an experienced legal professional with management experience to support and deputise for the Head of Legal Services. The postholder will manage a team, supervise colleagues, and handle a caseload of inquests and clinical negligence claims while providing staff with practical legal advice.

Applicants should have a law degree, LPC, NHS legal exposure, and experience teaching or training.
