Social Value & Community Impact Lead (Hybrid, Manchester)

Clarion Housing Group seeks a Communities & Social Impact Manager for Latimer, the development arm. You will lead social value initiatives from pre-planning to completion, measuring impact with HACT & TOMs, and managing complex stakeholder relationships across the North region.

The role is hybrid with a Manchester base and requires travel. You will collaborate with local authorities, schools and partners to maximise community benefits while ensuring Section 106 compliance and strong governance.
