Amaze Select is seeking a senior corporate solicitor in London, offering a hybrid 3 days in Moorgate and 2 days from home. Candidates should have about 10 years PQE in corporate/commercial law and a strong track record in M&A and restructurings.

You will manage your own files end-to-end, supervise junior lawyers, negotiate SPAs and related contracts, and develop client relationships across sectors, with a route to partnership for the right person.
