Hands-On Property Manager — Part-Time with Growth

Capital One Property Management Ltd is seeking a hands-on Property Manager to oversee its growing residential portfolio across Darlington, Hartlepool and Teesside. The role is 24 hours per week, with a pathway to full-time as the portfolio expands, offering ownership, autonomy and progression.

You will coordinate lettings, maintenance, compliance and tenant support, while working directly with directors and building established systems and processes behind you.
