Residential Estate Manager – Compliance & Service Charge

Crest Nicholson is seeking an Estate Manager on a 1-year Fixed Term Contract to lead regulatory compliance and service charge governance across designated sites. You will ensure fire and health & safety obligations are met and act as a senior escalation point for resident queries.

You will manage retendering of agents, coordinate with Technical Managers on handover milestones, and report risk and compliance status to the Director of Property Portfolio.
