European Patent Office invites applications for a Patent Examiner role with a five-year renewable contract. The position is hybrid, based in Germany (Munich/Berlin) or the Netherlands (The Hague), and relocation to the duty country is required.
You will assess patent applications in one of English, French, or German, determine novelty and inventiveness, and apply EPC rules. You will work with international colleagues to support Europe’s innovation ecosystem.
