AI-Driven Customer Support Executive (Remote UK)

The Alliance is hiring a Customer Support Executive to be the primary contact for members across email and ticketing systems. You will help optimize our AI support agent, analyze key pain points, and build expertise in customer operations in a fast-growing environment.

You will work with Customer Success, Education, Product and other teams to resolve issues quickly, contribute to FAQs, and feed insights back to the wider team. UK-wide remote work is possible, with a hybrid option in London.
