Remote Customer Support Executive – AI & Operations Champion

The Alliance is seeking a detail-driven, proactive Customer Support Executive to join our vibrant Customer Success team. You will serve as the primary contact for our members, handling inquiries via email and our ticketing system, ensuring timely, friendly responses and a great overall experience.

You will work closely with Product, Education and other departments to resolve issues quickly, support ongoing AI agent improvements, and contribute to our knowledge base and FAQs.
