Council Tax & Benefits Telephony Specialist

Wychavon and Malvern Hills District Council in Pershore is recruiting a Revenues and Benefits Telephony Officer on a permanent, full-time basis. The role supports three partner councils with Council Tax, Housing Benefits, and related services from our Pershore offices.

You will handle calls, live chat and face-to-face enquiries, delivering information and guidance with a strong focus on customer service and accuracy. A comprehensive training plan is provided.
