Senior Civil Engineer – Residential Development

Pertemps Tm is seeking an Engineer/Senior Engineer to support residential developments from land appraisal through to construction completion and final adoption. You will coordinate engineering solutions, liaise with consultants, and ensure designs are robust and buildable.

Responsibilities include reviewing proposals, coordinating statutory submissions, procuring utilities, and mentoring junior engineers within the Technical team. A CSCS card and Civil Engineering qualification are required.
