Night Support Worker – Recovery Housing (Women Only)

The Nelson Trust is seeking a compassionate Night Support Worker (female only) for our Residential Services in Stroud. You will work an overnight rota, helping residents in recovery with routines, support, and practical guidance.

Salary £25,000–£26,500 pro rata, with 17.5 hours per week. The role includes sleep-in duties, weekend work, and a commitment to safeguarding and therapeutic boundaries.
