Finance Manager
Due to continued success, a head office location of a niche supply chain global organisation has an exciting opportunity for a Finance Manager to join them. You will provide key operational and financial support across the business:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day finance function.
- Produce monthly management accounts, forecasts, and budgets.
- Deliver meaningful financial analysis and KPI reporting to support business performance.
- Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital requirements.
- Oversee purchase ledger, sales ledger, payroll, and credit control activities.
- Prepare statutory accounts and liaise with external accountants and auditors.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements.
- Support commercial decision-making through robust financial modelling and analysis.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, controls, and efficiencies.
- Partner with operational departments to drive profitability and cost control.
- Manage year-end processes and support strategic business planning.
- Motivate, lead and manage a small Finance Team
- Provide operational support to business and management team as and when required.
- Some international travel will be required
We would expect the successful Finance Manager to be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of the finance function for a SME business, be an excellent communicator and have a friendly confident manner. You will be supported 1 to 1 to become familiar with the company processes and procedures. This would be an ideal role for you if you have worked within Accounts Management, Financial Controller or a Operational Finance Manager position.
You will be joining a Corby Head Office of a an international company that is established with an enviable reputation in their specialist field. Working directly with the Finance Director and SMT, this role offers variety on a daily basis. Th organisation name is synonymous with delivering outstanding quality products and are keen to recruit a Finance Manager who strives to offer the same. The successful candidate will ideally be ACCA or AAT level 4 qualified, or qualified by experience.
