Overview
In this role you will join a busy general hospital pharmacy team to deliver patient-focused clinical care across multiple specialties. You work within a multidisciplinary MDT, supporting interprofessional review and shared decision making. There is a strong emphasis on training, development and rotation to broaden clinical exposure, with opportunities to pursue prescribing qualifications. The role also includes responsibilities in dispensary operations as the designated pharmacist, in a supportive, Welsh-friendly environment that values continuous learning.

Responsibilities
- Deliver a clinical pharmacy service across multiple areas on a rotation
- Work as part of the MDT to provide patient-focused care
- Develop practice in a range of clinical areas within a small hospital setting
- Support ongoing studies and prescribing qualifications where applicable
- Act as responsible pharmacist when working in the dispensary team
- Collaborate with pharmacists, technicians, and students to deliver high-quality care
Key requirements
- Master in Pharmacy or equivalent
- Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council
- Knowledge of medicines management in an integrated NHS setting
- Experience in teaching and supervision of pharmacy staff and students
- Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy or equivalent
- Knowledge of the specialist areas described in the advert
