Responsibilities
- handle structured reinsurance transactions for UK life companies and global reinsurers
- advise on financing structures and contractual arrangements
- cultivate client relationships and coordinate with cross-border teams
- contribute to deal execution and risk assessment in structured finance
Key requirements
- 3-8 PQE in structured finance or related life/reinsurance practice
- experience with reinsurance transactions and life insurance structures
- London-based or willing to relocate for a permanent role
