NatWest Group is seeking a Share Plans Manager for a six-month assignment. You will guide the introduction and operation of the bank’s global share plans, coordinating with Reward & Employment, Tax, Treasury, and external advisors to ensure compliant delivery of grants and vesting events.
You will lead global due diligence, advise on discretionary and all-employee rules, and drive communications and education for colleagues on share plans.
