Serve Legal is seeking an In-Person Mystery Shopper to conduct ID-testing audits across the UK, reporting on the customer experience after making a purchase. This is a part-time, flexible role designed to fit around other work or education. Audits are allocated in nearby batches and travel is coordinated by Area Managers.
