Senior Employee Relations Adviser – Hybrid London

Morgan Law is partnering with an NHS Trust in London to hire a Senior Employee Relations Adviser on a permanent basis. The role offers hybrid working with three days on site and two from home.

You will provide proactive ER advisory support to line managers and staff, handle complex employee relations cases, interpret policies and guidance, and help shape a fair and inclusive employee experience across the organisation.
