Remote Resource Planner, Mobile Services (12‑month)

Health Partners is seeking a Resource Planner on a 12-month fixed-term contract to support onboarding and integration of clients from a recent acquisition. You will join a collaborative team, plan service delivery on a national scale, and allocate resources via our scheduling portal while maintaining GDPR compliance.

You will handle customer support via phone and email, coordinate site visits, and prepare schedules that meet client needs.
