Locality Adult Social Worker – Hybrid, £37/hr, Visits

Leaders in Care is recruiting an Adult Locality Social Worker to join a busy, community-based service. The role offers hybrid working with just 1–2 days in the office, plus visits to the community to support adults locally.

You will complete Care Act assessments, manage complex caseloads, undertake safeguarding enquiries and work with families, health professionals and partner agencies to promote independence and good outcomes.
