Adult Mental Health Social Worker – Hybrid, Impact & Recovery

Service Care Solutions are recruiting for an experienced Adults Mental Health Social Worker to join Trafford Council’s Adults Mental Health Social Care Team. You will manage a caseload of adults with complex mental health needs, delivering statutory interventions while promoting wellbeing, safeguarding and independence.

The role requires completing Care Act assessments, MCA work, and collaboration with families, carers, and multidisciplinary teams.
