Day Care Assistant: Dignity, Wellbeing & Support

MHA’s Ryelands care home in Wallington is seeking a Care Assistant (Days) to provide personal and social care to residents, supporting dignity and independence. You will work as a keyworker for a group of residents and help create and review care plans, including those for residents with dementia.

The role requires flexibility to work a rota including weekends. No prior care experience is essential, with training offered to develop Level 1 or 2 social care skills and a warm, supportive team
