A high-performing school in Sheffield is seeking a meticulous Finance Officer to support its day-to-day financial operations.
You’ll work alongside the School Business Manager and wider finance team, taking responsibility for accurate processing and maintaining strong financial controls.
What You’ll Be Doing
Processing purchase orders
Matching invoices and delivery notes
Managing accounts payable and receivable
Carrying out bank reconciliations
Managing petty cash
Supporting credit control
Maintaining accurate financial records
Preparing information for reporting and audits
About You
Previous school finance or education-sector finance experience would be highly desirable.
You’ll need excellent Excel skills, strong numerical ability and a meticulous approach to your work.
