Overview

As a Manager in Deloitte’s Major Programmes within Human Capital, you will lead multi-disciplinary teams to design and deliver strategically significant transformation programmes. You’ll partner with senior clients, manage risks and finances, and develop trusted relationships while guiding programme strategy and execution. The role spans across industry sectors, leveraging Deloitte’s Programme Aerodynamics approach to anticipate change and deliver measurable impact. Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements to solve complex programme issues and guide teams in shaping and delivering major projects
• Manage multiple workstreams, plan engagement timelines, and coordinate interdependencies
• Oversee reporting, risk management, and financial controls for programmes or workstreams
• Develop and nurture key client relationships as trusted advisor
• Mentor and coach team members and collaborate with senior stakeholders
• Apply industry knowledge and tools to address programme challenges for client and team
• Support business development efforts and contribute to proposals and accounts
• Share market insights and industry trends to inform best practices
• Contribute to internal practice development through proposition and methodology work

Key requirements

• Extensive experience delivering large-scale, complex transformation programmes in either industry or consulting
• Ability to structure work, lead teams, and navigate ambiguity
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets and contracts/SOWs
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management across all levels
• Mentoring, coaching, and people leadership experience
• Collaborative, self-starting mindset with high motivation
• Practical experience using generative AI tools to improve efficiency
