Leaving Care Pathway Advisor (Social Work)

Salford City Council is recruiting a Leaving care – Next Step Pathway Advisor to join the Next Step Team in Salford. You will help young people aged 16–25 plan their future, focusing on budgeting, accommodation, education and employment with a supportive multidisciplinary team.

You will require a Social Work qualification and experience with vulnerable young people. The role is 36 hours per week with a strong induction and supervision programme to help you develop professionally.
