Residential Care Deputy Manager – Lead & Inspire

National Care Group’s Abbeyvale service in Hartlepool is seeking a Deputy Manager to lead our Residential Service. The role is 40 hours per week on a flexible rota, including evenings and weekends. You will coach a team to deliver person-centred care to older adults with diverse needs.

We offer a supportive environment with opportunities for training and progression within a national specialist provider of adult social care. Salary up to £35,000 depending on experience.
