Deputy Manager — Lead Children’s Residential Home

Anderson Wright Consulting seeks an experienced Deputy Manager for a children’s residential home in Milton Keynes. You will support the Registered Manager, oversee shifts, and lead a team to deliver high-quality, therapeutic care in line with Ofsted regulations.

You must have at least 2 years in children’s residential care, a Level 3 qualification, and a strong commitment to safeguarding, record-keeping and continuous service improvement. A full UK driving licence is required.
